If you are contacted by (or receive an unsolicited e-mail from) an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your ChilliWorld password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to ChilliWorld.com for investigation.

If you receive a suspected fake ChilliWorld.com e-mail, or discover a spoof ChilliWorld.com website, please report the incident to us, forwarding the original spoofed e-mail including the full headers directly to security@chilliworld.com.
