L'Harissa du Cap Bon est une spécialité tunisienne. C'est une sauce préparée à base de piments rouges frais broyés et mélangés à des épices orientales.
TUCAL, contraction de "la tunisienne des conserves alimentaires", est née en 1964. Notre fondateur feu Amor Ben Sedrine reprit les établissements fondés par le franco Espagnol Numez dans les années 1940.
Près de 50 ans après ses débuts, Tucal est toujours gérée par les descendants des familles fondatrices. Notre site s'étend aujourdhui sur près de 3 hectares
dont 12 000 m2 couverts.
