Though the main ingredient is onions you wouldn't think it. Hot, but with a mellow taste all the same. The chipotle chillies is obviously where the dragon gets its smoke while the tamarind gives it that distinctive sweet-sour bite (similar to the fruity tang of HP sauce, which also uses tamarind).

Nice taste but not hot enough... As usual though I have a plan ;-)... add a few drops of Mad Dog with a Bullet to the bottle, shake well (very well) and... hey presto... you've got a great tasting sauce with heat... me is happy again :-) - Harry Palmer Taste Opinion: Good Heat Opinion: Mild
